The 2024 IEOC/an-vision, Inc. Symposium in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, will take place June 13th through June 15th, 2024 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown.

*In order to register for the symposium, you must be a confirmed, pre-paid 2024 IEOC Member. New this year, non-members do not have a registration category. The last day to apply for new/lapsed members is May 24th and last registration day after approval is May 31st.

Early Bird Registration pricing will be open through March 31st and all registration will close May 31st!

In order to attend the 2024 IEOC/an-vision, Inc. Symposium in Nashville, TN, attendees MUST be a pre-approved, current Member of the IEOC. *If you would like to apply to be a new or lapsed member (regular or trainee), please complete the New Member Application form found here to be reviewed first. Once approved, you may submit the dues form/payment, prior to the registration submission deadline. Walk-up registration for non-members will not be permitted. Early registration before April 1st.

Registration includes the welcome reception and one drink, two seated breakfasts, two seated lunches, attendance at all abstract and case presentations, guest lectures, digital proceedings, mingling with equine specific vendors, and approximately 12-14 hours of CE, and an invitation to participate in a Friday offsite dinner event (event is TBD and a separate registration form will be sent at a later time). CE hours will not be submitted to RACE for formal approval, but will follow RACE guidelines in case of a CE audit.

A link is provided on the IEOC website, www.Equineophtho.org. We encourage attendees to secure housing at this facility as this helps IEOC meet its financial obligations. This enables us to keep fees low. The hotel will release our contracted rooms on May 15th at 5:00pm CT, reserve early!

MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received by March 31st will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 1st-April 25th will receive a 50% refund. No cancellation refunds will be permitted after April 25th. All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax.
