  • STEPS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT RENEWAL

    1. Complete this form and submit it with credit card payment. The 2024 renewal fee is: $545 for regular members and $272.50 for pre-approved retired members and pre-approved transitional members, a $50 late fee will be assessed starting on February 1st and a $100 late fee will be assessed starting on March 1st.

    2. After the form is submitted, each member listed below will receive an email stating that payment was submitted to renew dues but that they still need to update their contact information in the member portal. This information MUST be updated annually to provide current information to the membership.

    The customized member portal allows members to update contact and preference information at any time, all year. We encourage you to review and update your information and personal options annually. Review steps to get into your portal. Contact the ACVO Office if you need assistance.

  • ACVO MEMBER OUTREACH TO REFERRING DVMS

    As a member benefit, you may provide complimentary access to the GP course online recordings from the 2023 meeting, these would not include free RACE CE but would provide all course instruction as a gift from you. Each member can request access for up to five code permissions, each will last throughout 2024. Complete the below box if you would like access codes provided to you to send to referral DVMs. You may preview the presentations online, if you wish, with your general member access, to be provided to all members complimentary in about early 2024. (Optional letter for use as an introduction to the gift will also be provided one week past renewal.)

    ACVO will send one set of online GP course access codes (for up to five rDVMs each) and introduction letters for each member listed below.

  • ACVO Regular, pre-approved Retired, and pre-approved Transitional Members receive free digital subscriptions to the VO. They also qualify to purchase an optional discounted printed 2024 Veterinary Ophthalmology journal for $326.12. Follow the directions on the dues form confirmation page to order your optional printed subscription. This offer is only available to purchase through February for the 2024 Journal.
